Why has my order been marked as fraud?

Due to high volumes of fraud in the industry, we have relatively strict fraud screening. Whilst the majority of clients pass the screening, there are some cases of false positives - This can happen particularly if you are using a VPN. In these cases, just contact support and they can assist in getting you online as soon as possible!
